Refunds

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your travel arrangements. Should you need to cancel your tour booking, we kindly request that you inform us at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure. This advance notice enables us to efficiently process your refund request.

Please be aware that cancellation requests received within seven days of the tour departure date, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated for refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your booking details and reach out to us as early as possible if you anticipate any changes to your travel plans.

Upon approval of your cancellation request, we will promptly initiate the refund process. However, please note that the timeframe for receiving your refund may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies, typically taking between 14 to 30 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. In the unlikely event that a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions that could potentially compromise the safety of our boat trips, we will notify you immediately. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer you the following options:

• • Reschedule Your Tour: Choose a different date that better suits your travel itinerary.

• • Alternative Program: Explore other exciting activities or programs that we offer as a substitute.

• • Full Refund: If rescheduling or choosing an alternative program is not possible, we will gladly provide you with a full refund for the tour.
